Tennis in Gym Class

Every students in the Conrad Weiser School District are able to play tennis throughout the school year with Tennis in P.E. with programs supported and aided by grant money from the USTA. 

A HIGHER STANDARD: TENNIS IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION THRU USTA NET GENERATION
All tennis in PE Programs are connected with USTA Net Generation.

All Physical Education Teachers in the Conrad Weiser School District took part in 2011 and 2014, a USTA Tennis in P.E. Workshop.

A Net Generation workshop will be taking place 2nd quarter of 2018. 

WHY TENNIS IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION? 
Students are able utilize Tennis in P.E. as a foundation for developing an interest and basic understanding of the game of tennis and the lifelong opportunities that game has to offer. 

THE NET GENERATION PATHWAY 
Students who enjoy tennis in P.E. class have the opportunity through the CW Tennis School Progressive Pathway Program to join an Elementary School Kids Tennis Club (grades K-4) or an after school middle school program (Jr. Scouts).
